Saturday was a very EXCITING day for a number of reasons! Drum roll please - I had the honour of being able to view The King's Coronation from The Queen Victoria Memorial Grandstand outside Buckingham Palace as guests of The Prince of Wales's Charitable Fund and Waitrose & Partners! #ChristmasAtWaitrose #Innovation #Quality #Christmas ![]() Oh yes, he’s done it again and it’s been a joy to bring these products to life with Michelle Gibbs and Rebecca Neale alongside Heston and his team! Creamy Blue Stilton is layered with caramelised red onion chutney, with a generous dash of rich, sweet Pedro Ximénez sherry that perfectly complements the flavour of the cheese. They are best served warm with a spoonful of Heston’s twist on a traditional Christmas favourite - Tipsy Potted Blue Stilton. Like the original recipe, they bring together the flavours of a festive cheeseboard – the buttery puff pastry is laced with Cheddar, Emmental and Italian hard cheese, and the mincemeat inside captures the taste of a Christmas chutney, with plump vine fruits, figs, Bramley apple, a splash of ruby port and sherry vinegar with candied pears, nutmeg and ginger. ![]() These irresistibly moreish mince pies were inspired by one of Heston’s own favourite recipes, Eccles cakes with potted Stilton – a very Heston combination, with sweet and savoury bringing out the best in each other. Say hello to this Christmas’ MUST HAVE product pairing - Heston’s Pear and Fig Mince Pies in Triple Cheese Pastry and Heston’s Tipsy Potted Blue Stilton, only from Waitrose & Partners!
